We hope you love what you ordered. But in case, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new and original conditions. If you have received a damaged/defective item or an item that is not the one you ordered, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery.
We will cover the round-trip shipping fee if you have received a damaged/defective item or an item that is not the one you ordered. However, you should cover this if the return is caused by your personal reasons.
1) Refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.
2) It usually takes 1-3 business days for refunds back to Paypal payment, and 7-14 business days for refunds back to credit cards.
Step 1. Request a return by emailing us at sales@eraspooky.com.
Step 2. Once we approve the request, you will get a shipping label through email.
Step 3. Check your shipping label. If all of the information is correct, print it out, attach it to the return package, and drop it off at your local shipping provider (corresponding to the label provider).
Step 4. We will process the return and credit the refund back to the original form of payment. If issues arise, we'll reach out to the customer through email.
