  What are my shipping options?

 

Our main stock is based in the United States and United Kindom. Please check our Shipping Policy for more shipment details. Duties & Taxes do not apply towards the free shipping promotion. Please allow an additional five to eleven business days for the processing of international orders.

 

  When will my order ship?

 

All orders ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order confirmation. All orders received before 12pm EST will be processed the same day; any orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 12pm EST will ship the following Monday.

 

  How can I track my order?

 

An automatic notification email with the logistics tracking number will be sent to you after your order has been arranged for shipment. If you have not received it please contact sales@eraspooky.com with your order number, billing last name, and email address or zip code.

 

  How do I cancel or change my order?

 

There is no automatic access to make changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. If you have any needs upon the above requests, please contact our after-sales service within 48hrs.

 How do I submit a return or exchange request?

  How do I check my refund status?

 

Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return. The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. Once refunds have been processed, we recommend contacting your payment provider for updates.
